This policy explains what Sal Shakir and the ALL IN Nation team ("we", "us") collect when you use salshakir.com, read the free book, take the scorecard or book a call, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The details you give us on a form: your name, email address, phone number, your business and what you are struggling with. We also collect basic visit data such as the pages you view, your device type and the link that brought you here.

How we use it

To send you the free book, follow up about it, remind you of calls you booked, tell you about Sal's events and answer your questions. We use visit data to see which pages help and which do not.

Text message program

If you tick the consent box on a form and give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you. Here is how the program works.

Who sends: Sal Shakir and the ALL IN Nation team.

What we send: the free book, follow-ups about it, reminders for calls you book, and news about Sal's events.

How often: about 1 to 4 messages a month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stop: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP we send one message to confirm, then no more texts.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and we stop. You can also email us and ask.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the site and reach you: our website, email and text message providers, and our scheduling tool. They may use your information only to do that work for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and a first-party visit counter, and may use advertising pixels to measure which ads bring visitors. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to stop emails or texts at any time. Write to info@allinnation.com and we will answer within 30 days.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the reasons above or the law requires. Then we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
